NISP, in its capacity to prevent/control loss of lives and
property and damage to environments, works assiduously through seminars, conferences and
media discussions to sensitize Nigerians on the need to
operate safely and how to achieve the habit of thinking
safety always. This is done through courses, seminars,
conferences and media discussions.
The Institute is well equipped and staffed to organize
directly, or in co-operation with other credible educational
institutions and registered safety consultants, workshops,
seminars and conferences as a way of updating knowledge and
skills, developing attitude and cross fertilization of ideas
among professionals in occupational Health, Safety and
Environment (HSE).
Specialized Workshop, Symposia and Conferences are organized
by the Institute to satisfy the continuous Professional
Education Requirement of the Institute.
